Print-on-Demand Products

All items are made to order specifically for you.  Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong color.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive a wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.  We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union Right Of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union may have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.  However, this right may not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

As our products are produced on demand after an order is placed, cancellation and return rights may vary depending on the product and applicable law.  Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

After review, we will let you know the decision.  If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
